Senior Trader, Brokerage

About the role

Execute and oversee complex institutional equity trades across the Americas, selecting execution strategies, brokers, algorithms, and venues while meeting client instructions and best execution standards. Monitor trading quality, risk, and compliance; document decisions; advise clients and stakeholders; and improve trading workflows and controls. Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of institutional equity trading experience, including execution of large and complex orders. Candidates need strong market structure, liquidity, algorithmic trading, best execution, risk, and TCA expertise, excellent communication skills, and FINRA Series 7, 57, and 63 licenses; advanced credentials and established client or broker relationships are preferred.
