About the role
You will be responsible for balancing renewable generation, dispatching flexible assets, and optimizing positions across Iberian short-term power markets. The role involves supervising automated trading algorithms and acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders and transmission system operators. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in short-term power trading, dispatch operations, or energy management within a live environment. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, along with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
