About the role
Learn and trade global futures markets alongside experienced traders and market participants, while developing and implementing futures trading strategies. Collaborate regularly with the Quantitative Research and Development team to explore additional trading strategies and ideas. Candidates should have a passion for financial markets, strong problem-solving skills, at least one year of futures trading experience, and knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and algorithmic trading concepts. Strong interpersonal skills are expected; a recent trading track record and Sydney location are preferred, while a bachelor's degree or equivalent is beneficial but not required.
