About the role
Research on-chain protocols and run data-driven experiments to deepen the team's understanding of decentralized finance. Work across codebases and programming languages with traders and developers to explore protocol design and trading opportunities. Candidates should be proficient in Rust or Python, comfortable with Linux and Git, and have quantitative and statistical analysis skills. They should understand high-frequency liquidity provision, blockchain and EVM mechanics, smart contract development with Foundry, and be eager to learn about protocol microstructure and design.
