About the role
Build and scale the crypto options trading business by researching volatility and relative-value opportunities, developing trading signals, and managing a multi-exchange options portfolio and its risks. Own the investment lifecycle from thesis development and modelling through execution and performance analysis, while collaborating with engineering teams to improve execution and automation. Requires 3–5+ years of options liquidity provision experience at a top-tier trading firm, strong expertise in option pricing and risk frameworks, and excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Python experience is advantageous; otherwise, candidates must be willing and able to learn it quickly, and should bring an entrepreneurial, collaborative, results-focused mindset.
