Develop and execute algorithmic and physical trading strategies to optimize Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across North American power markets. Manage portfolio risk through hedging and analyze market fundamentals, transmission constraints, and price formation. Requires over 5 years of experience in power or quantitative trading with a deep understanding of ISO/RTO market structures. Candidates must possess strong quantitative skills, coding proficiency in Python or R, and a proven track record of generating P&L.
