About the role
The Intraday Shift Trader is responsible for balancing renewable generation, dispatching flexible assets, and optimizing positions across Iberian short-term power markets. They will supervise automated trading systems, execute trades, and act as a key interface for internal stakeholders and transmission system operators. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in short-term power trading, dispatch operations, or energy management within a live environment. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
