About the role
Research on-chain protocols and conduct data-driven experiments to deepen understanding of decentralized finance. Collaborate with traders and developers across codebases and programming languages to explore DeFi mechanisms and support trading research. Candidates should be proficient in Rust or Python, comfortable with Linux and Git, and have quantitative and statistical analysis skills. They should understand high-frequency liquidity provision, blockchain and EVM fundamentals, smart contract development with Foundry, and be eager to learn about protocol microstructure and design.
