About the role
Execute institutional equity orders across Canadian and cross-border markets, manage firm capital and trading risk, and provide clients with liquidity, pricing, and market insight. Support ECM and electronic trading solutions, collaborate across capital markets teams, and uphold regulatory and internal compliance standards. Requires 5–8 years of institutional cash equity trading experience, strong Canadian and North American market knowledge, and a demonstrated record of managing capital and risk. Candidates need CIRO Trader registration or eligibility, relevant Canadian securities courses, proficiency with trading systems and market data platforms, strong client-facing skills, and an undergraduate degree; CFA progress is an asset.
