Central Execution Trader

About the role

Manage the daily execution and operational health of live trading strategies across assigned markets, including monitoring positions, handling alerts and order issues, and coordinating with brokers and exchanges. Build and improve real-time monitoring and safety tools, diagnose incidents, and communicate resolutions and process improvements to internal teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with strong Python automation and data analytics skills and a solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, electronic trading, and algorithmic trading. At least two years of experience in trade operations, trade support, data engineering, or trading development is an advantage; candidates should also be able to make sound decisions under pressure and communicate effectively.
