About the role
Optimize the company's energy portfolio through intraday and day-ahead trading, using fundamental market analysis and company-developed statistical models and algorithms to inform trading decisions. Develop and execute trading strategies and automated trading systems, participate in shift rotations, and represent the company in dealings with relevant energy authorities and market operators. A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field and at least three years of experience in relevant power trading roles are required. Candidates should have strong analytical and numerical skills, discipline, problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn, and availability for a 24/7 shift program; balancing market bidding experience is an advantage.
