About the role
Provide equity and options trading guidance and support to financial advisors, clients, and institutional partners, while ensuring accurate execution and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Review and approve large trades, resolve trade and settlement issues, handle escalations, and support and train junior traders. Requires FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 65 licenses, plus Series 55 or 57 either at hire or within 90 days, along with deep knowledge of equity and options markets, marketplace rules, and regulations. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of trading desk experience, experience supporting financial professionals, and familiarity with trading systems and tools such as BETA, TRAfix, Bloomberg, and RFQ platforms.
