About the role
Execute multi-asset trades across US, Hong Kong, and China markets, monitoring market conditions and coordinating with Portfolio Managers to achieve best execution and manage risk. Maintain broker and stock-borrow relationships, trading-system records, P&L, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Requires a university degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline and 3–6 years of buy-side or hedge fund equity execution trading experience. Candidates should understand APAC and US equity market microstructure, support long-short or long-biased strategies, communicate effectively, and work well under pressure; Mandarin is strongly preferred, while programming skills and night-shift experience are advantages.
