Equity Sales Trader

About the role

Execute U.S. equity orders across exchanges, ATSs, and electronic venues while sourcing liquidity, monitoring markets, and providing real-time trading updates. Coordinate trade flow with internal teams and counterparties, and support best-execution initiatives through execution-quality analysis, broker evaluations, algorithm reviews, and transaction cost analysis. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in equity trading, sales trading, or execution services, with a strong understanding of U.S. equity market structure and electronic trading platforms. The role also requires analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, institutional client experience, and familiarity with algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis; Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred, and candidates may need to obtain Series 57.
